Paola Galelli’s designs are a direct extension of her personality. Galelli channels her confidence, drive and determination into her art with relentless dedication, remaining unwaveringly focused until the final design is completed and actualized to perfection.
Galelli’s expertise lies in computer-aided-designs and illustrations. Her critical eye and signature style developed and flourished under the guidance of the style forces at PPQ.
Shaken and Stirred, her final graduate collection, revolves around the cocktail gown and its metamorphosis into today’s modern party dress. The all dress collection reinvents the cocktail dress with direct influences from the sculpted and architectural structure of Remy Martin XO. With a vibrant, colour popping palette reflective of cocktails themselves; Galelli presents an edgy but wearable collection for 2009.
